Great place to stay in NYC!

I paid for deluxe room not sure what the difference between that and standard was.

We booked 3 nights through Expedia. Two months before the trip, we had to change our flight and came in the next day. Expedia did not let us modify the hotel reservation. No one contacted us on Thursday. When we arrived Friday, they had given our room away and have still not refunded us any money.

Convenient location. Balcony was enjoyable to get the city feel.

The balcony is only on lower levels so we switched to a king room with a view but my money wasn’t refunded! And extra $150 gone! The room itself was TINY and boring!

There was no hot water after 10pm and the shower would flood. The beds were okay, pillows were soft and nice. The view was very pretty so it made up for it. Breakfast discount, free drinks were also nice. Very small crowded lobby because the elevators take awhile.

I’m so happy I picked Aliz Hotel for our stay. The view from our room was amazing, and view from the roof top was absolutely spectacular . The staff was very nice and helpful . The room wasn’t big but that’s what is like in NY. It was very clean and very comfortable bed . If I wanna stay in Times Square again, I definitely gonna pick Aliz Hotel ☺️

Nice place. Would stay again. Rooms were small but cozy. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would not spend money on the breakfast. Too many other places around with similar choices at better pricing. Location was very convenient for walking or riding the subway. 42nd & port authority station was right on the corner. Overall great place to stay.

Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. We loved the rooftop lounge/bar. They gave us a couple of free drinks at the lobby bar which were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay but not worth the price tag. I would stay here again.
