Loved the location, room were TINY but clean.

It was a decent stay, they had a new system they had started using and there was a crazy long line to check in. They upgraded me to a higher floor but once I was in the room I realized that I was actually in a standard room and not the larger one that I had booked. With how the line looked though I just kept it. All in all it was good and probably better if they weren’t learning a new system

And toilets clean

Great stay at a great hotel, kinda weird that the air is always on and the claim it’s for circulation. Like I’m not dumb, it’s so smoke blows towards the fire alarm.

Room was nice, great view and location. I wish there were more onsite vending options for bottled water. I loved the floral shops outside of the hotel each morning and the coffee was great in the lobby cafe.

It was a great room with updated bathroom. Chelsea is a great area, close to multiple subway stations to get around. Staff were lovely, very helpful!

Great hotel with an even better location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free coffee was a bonus.

They didnt tell me about the $20 credit on site at check in. Rooms have no trash cans and are super uncomfortable.

The hotel itself was in a very nice area and it was clean and felt safe. What we did not care for was no wash cloths and only 2 towels. We also noticed a little lack of immensities in the room there was no mouthwash no body cream Etc. We also had an issue with the elevator because we went up and down in the elevator and then found out it did not go to the Rooftop Bar that should be pointed out on the elevators before you get on them. All in all it was a decent place to stay but definitely a No Frills kind of hotel

For the price the rooms should have a little fridge. Overall great place to stay.

Excellent location, easy walking to so many iconic sites, Broadway shows. We had a fabulous view of the Empire State

Main issue - they charged me for water I did not consume - $7. Of course, I can pay it but I did not drink it. They don't have lotion nor did they have wash clothes. I don't recommend.

The staff accommodated our every need and made this stay so memorable! Will be back for sure

There is a daily credit at the cafe next door which we used as well. The neighborhood is hectic but if you’re going to the Garden or want to be in the thick of things, this is the spot!

Very solid location. Very clean. Rooms are small but it’s what you expect. Elevators take forever. Very nice staff.

The place was beautiful! And the staff was so lovely and knowledgeable.

Tiny, floor is rotting in the room, room layout is ridiculous
