Excellent location, easy walking to so many iconic sites, Broadway shows. We had a fabulous view of the Empire State

Main issue - they charged me for water I did not consume - $7. Of course, I can pay it but I did not drink it. They don't have lotion nor did they have wash clothes. I don't recommend.

The staff accommodated our every need and made this stay so memorable! Will be back for sure

Front desk was nice about trying to make it right about the bathroom leak. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor. We told the front desk and it was not fixed. We had to ask several times for additional towels due to the leak

Great location, very convenient to the subway. We were there to see shows on Broadway and the train took less than 15 minutes door to door. The view was also very cool from the 29th floor. My friends arrived before me and the desk would not let them check in without putting a $2700 hold on their credit card. Not everyone has that kind of credit so they had to wait a couple hours for me.

There is a daily credit at the cafe next door which we used as well. The neighborhood is hectic but if you’re going to the Garden or want to be in the thick of things, this is the spot!

Very solid location. Very clean. Rooms are small but it’s what you expect. Elevators take forever. Very nice staff.

Nice and modern hotel, however the elevators need to be fixed. There are 6 elevators total and every time they wouldn’t go to the right floor, or it would take like 20 min to get on one that works

We had a great time here. It is small but perfect for an over night trip. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Excellent location in midtown on pleasant Flower District Street. Rooms are compact but excellent. Everything needed is there, design essence gives good feng shui. Loved the views, the fact that the room was clean and felt clean, had excellent airco, had windows that I could open (partially) and just a nice vibe overall: felt private and comfortable to attend a board meeting via teams in all comfort. Coffee shop on the ground floor, expected to be open as from 6AM was not and coffee was not available post 11AM. The ladies "manning" the coffee/pizza joint were amazing, extremely friendly, yet ... this system does not work ... had to go to a coffee shop one block down from the hotel.

Great location and great room with beautiful view

Terrific location and pretty lobby/guest spaces. Our TV was broken for the three nights we were there and went unfixed for the stay. The bathroom configuration is the oddest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The sliding door offered no privacy, with transparent doors that you can see silhouettes through.

The location is excellent and the hotel is a very good choice for a cosmopolitan city The noise. There was a lot of people who made noise all the time

My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t working very well. It was a hot weekend, but still had made for a painful sleep.
