The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the staff is among the best we have encountered. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. Excellent dining options and a great overall experience. We would definitely stay here again. The closet space in the room is really small. You need to pack light to stay there :)

The best of the best. I won’t stay anywhere else when visiting nyc from now on! The property is stunning and they make you feel right at home the second you arrive. Nikola the concierge is the absolute best! He helped us to secure some incredible dinner reservations, making our trip truly unforgettable! The spa is unlike anything I have ever experienced. A true sanctuary to escape from the hustle of the city.

Beautiful new hotel with large rooms and excellent customer service.

Absolutely everything is outstanding! The most incredible staff and facilities. Gym was incredible, food , service, friendly smile. This place is perfection in every way. I’ve stayed at the Plaza in NYC and it has absolutely nothing on Faena! The best part has to be the people. Nothing was too much trouble. They even put a large fridge in my room with no questions asked. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and the staff was very professional. The ambassador Marcus always made sure we felt welcome and taken care of.

Everything was incredible the only issue I had was service could be a bit slow, for example there were several staff nearby but I had to ask multiple times and wait to checkout. My suggestion is only stay here if it's really for pleasure, if you're in a rush you may get frustrated.
