The staff was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Location was also very good and the value was acceptable.

Loved the location. Room was great.

Stayed in two rooms there - both had the shower lose heat half the time, and both had the shower leak water all over the floor.

Humidity RH was 80% all the time. Shower would splash surrounding area. Had three days without hot water. The coffee machine did not work. Hotel front desk clerk Maya stated that hotel was to reimburse thru Expedia.

The location was great. With lovely places arround, many food options, and very accessible to subway lines. Would definitely come back.

Then you get there and anyone off the street can walk in and take the elevator to all guest floors. Dumpster out front. Coffee opens at 9am lol Limited staff were nice, it's not their fault this place is overpriced and greedy.

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic Chelsea location. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, with everything you need for a city stay. Staff are welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We were not able to use the balcony in our room.. we had scaffolding everywere and saw workers through our windows (that were able to see us of course)... we are still waiting a U$S400 refund for not being able to use the balcony... the room was the titniest room I've ever seen... we were charged U$S2.600 BY MISTAKE the day we arrived... awful.

Beautiful space. Only issue I had was the water wouldn’t get hot in the shower. Great stay otherwise!

I spent a good amount of extra money to get a king room with a balcony, but when I got there, the balcony was filled with scaffolding, the windows were covered in some kind of plastic, and I could not really see out. The whole point of my reservation was to have a spot to sit outside. On a positive note, the front desk did comp me a late check out, but I was very disappointed that they booked that room at the extra charge, knowing that it was under construction and lacking the main selling point of the room.

Close to multiple subway lines and was a larger sized hotel room.

We were in the front and it was noisy late at night with construction or trash trucks. The shower was a pleasure, big and with a raintree head. Lots of light in the room which is often found in NYC. I don't know why I had to do all the security self check-in because there was always someone at the front reception. They were supper nice! We had a lot of luggage and they stored it and brought it to our room when it was ready. Thank you!! Overall for the city it was a really great place. Everyone was friendly and terrific area.

The property was OK, but I did not like the bathroom. The rooms are extremely small compared to the norm. We had to be moved to this location because the original hotel was overbooked. We were separated from our party.

The stay was great good price, good room. Good value for the price.
