Location is great, very close to the E, C, and 1 subway lines. Room is small but well maintained. Bed was way too soft. Walls are thin and you can hear people walking through the hallway.
-
very small room. not worth for 2 people. probably just good for 1 guest. there was no space after putting up the luggage.
-
The location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel. Everything was fine. No complaints.
-
There was a very nice restaurant attached that served very good food. The demeanor of the staff person at the desk when I checked in. Rude as if any questions I asked was annoying him.
-
It was fine for me, but the windows aren't so great at blocking out sound, so I could hear the HVAC system of the neighbouring building quite clearly. I managed easily with earplugs.

I needed to pick up the bag at 2am for an early flight. First he said it was okay but would cost 5x extra ($10), then he said I couldn't pick it up at 2am after all, then he said I couldn't leave the bag at all because he didn't believe I would come back before midnight, then he said he would have to call someone, then he said I could pick it up early but at the $10 price. In the end I was able to leave the bag, but only after he spent 20 minutes arguing and changing the rules from one sentence to the next. Everyone else at the hotel was very nice, and I'd left the same bag before check-in with no drama, so I don't know what this one guy's issue was. It was very intimidating and felt like he was trying to take advantage of me, thinking I was a tourist. It made me late for my appointment and made my morning very stressful. I would not stay here again because of him. There are plenty of hotels in NY, so no need to deal with drama for no reason. He never told me his name, but he had short brown hair and was wearing a Brazil jersey (this was during the World Cup). The other people at reception at other times-- the man with long hair, the man with glasses, and the man wearing the Mexico jersey -- were all very nice. It was just this one guy who woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something.

Location to Times Square The Construction and my view from my room
-
Relatively clean and right in the heart of the city. Staff were not all that friendly and seemed bothered by any requests. Elevators were very old and didn't work very well.
-
Clean location. Modern style. Great house keeping The person who checked me in was extremely rude, aggressive, and terrible at hospitality. The other person working the shift was much hospitable.
-
Large room. Quiet for NYC. One small elevator servicing the entire building.
-
Nicely decorated, very comfortable beds Very small room, but that was to be expected
-
The staff was incredibly friendly from start to finish. The room had all the amenities listed and was spotless. The location is perfect if you want everything within walking distance. Personally, I could barely hear the city sounds in my room, so I had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again when I return to the city.

Rude woman at the desk

Staff was great, helpful. Clean. Nice bathroom Room was absolutely too small. Only outside view was a brick building 4 feet away.
-
Great location Room is tiny.
-
It was just what I needed in the perfect location, I loved the Hot Beverage station in the lobby, the make-up face cloth and the complimentary hot dog. Updated AC system and a hot good working order shower. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable for me.

. The hotel demands$100 safety deposit that is not in the booking notice or in the hotel confirmation. I have not been asked for such a deposit in any other hotels I stay, either in US or in other countries. I saw other guests were caught off guard, too.

Location Paid extra for street view parking couldn’t see the street because of scaffolding. Took there $100 security deposit we left the room spotless and they still took the hundred dollar security deposit not sure why.

Perfect location near Times Square and easy access to subway and tourist buses stations. I highly recommend it. Slightly bigger shares for windows
