The hotel lobby very small. Room is small.

AC broken-property tried to fix to no avail. No room to be moved to. Had to leave property early in the middle of the night. Room temp 77 degrees.

Location Elevator was too loud. Could hear it at all hours therefore couldn’t sleep. Tried to move rooms but that wasn’t an option. Microwave didn’t work. Bathroom wasn’t that clean with half used toilet paper. Luckily, I brought Clorox wipes!!

We loved the views from the 62nd floor, floor to ceiling windows. If we did nothing else on our trip, the views would have been enough. The hotel is very convenient to Lincoln Center, which was our destination. The breakfast buffet was very good. Water pressure and hot water was great. We've stayed before a and will stay again, if the price is right.

THE NOISE OF ELEVATORS!!! I could feel all the time like on the TRAIN stations! And its all the time - not only during the day, during the nights too that is frustrating!!! The question is - how its possible that the hotel has been built without proper soundproofing of elevators?!
