Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park

Clean room, breakfast was good, slow elevator, good quite location in the mist of everything (soundproofing), furniture needs some TLC (cleaning or replacing), excellent views

Breakfast ends too soon (10AM), so I was unable to make it each day, would be helpful if it ends later in the day, 11AM or 12PM.

Nice staff but our shower leaked and left a hug puddle every time we showered.

Amazing place to stay! Location is perfect to Times Square and Central Park. Close to subway stops for all other areas. The included breakfast is wonderful. Views from the rooms are amazing. Staff is wonderful. Beds are comfy and rooms are quiet.

The breakfast was 👏 Room tiny, but its New York style. Still the view made you not want to leave..which my husband and I made a small meal and just stared out. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Residence Inn.

Great location near the Park. Very handy laundry room. Breakfast buffet was poor quality food.

Very clean and staff was friendly. The elevator needed AC. The breakfast was decent. Location was perfect also.

The room was comfortable each night. We had everything we needed. One afternoon however, my husband and I were spending some time in the room and an employee tried to enter. My husband told her that we were busy and stated that we did not ask for anything. She kept insisting that a door needed to be fixed. After she tried to enter a second time, my husband put both locks on the door and told her to leave. We found this to be quite odd and did inform the front desk later that day but nothing was done as far as we know. Anyhow, other than the restaurant guy and the insistent person trying to enter our room, our stay was good. We would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect for us - 2 minute walk to the subway and just a short walk from Central Park and also Times Square.

Stayed for a week. We don’t like having cleaning staff in our rooms everyday and they were constantly knocking on the door to come in and clean even with the tag on the door handle and at one point one of them walked in and started cleaning when we opened the door with us both in there

Breakfast buffet is great.

On another note, we noticed the sheer drapes on the windows were tattered and need to be replaced. That should be attended to. It was a bad sign.

The approach to the hotel was nerve wracking but ended up being super accessible. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and super convenient to Broadway! Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.
