I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a refund because I could not stay in these conditions. The employee actually LAUGHED at me, refused my refund, and offered nothing except another room. After seeing the condition of this property, moving rooms was not an acceptable solution. I asked for management and was unbelievably told they “don’t have managers” and that there was nobody above him I could speak with. I was forced to leave and pay for another hotel. I also have asthma and underlying health concerns, making these unsanitary conditions even more unacceptable. Expedia has directed me to the hotel for my refund, and I expect management to contact me immediately and resolve this. If Eurostars continues refusing to address this, I will escalate this through Expedia, my payment provider, corporate management, and the appropriate consumer and health agencies. I have documentation of the room’s condition and am fully prepared to pursue this until it is properly resolved. I am requesting a FULL REFUND. Management needs to contact me.

A beautifully decorated hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are very well soundproofed, which is a real plus in New York, and we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay despite being in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

It’s the sexiest hotel I stayed at! The location, the interiors, the history of the hotel! I wish the room had floor to ceiling windows. I know that is a structural request but I wished the room could get more light.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms larger than a typical NY hotel room, service was top notch from the check in counter to the bellman. Very short walk to Grand central station and 5th Avenue Shopping. I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable, incredibly helpful staff.

The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and Grand Central Station. My room was quiet and I slept well. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed dining at the Benjamin Steakhouse. The hotel is now part of the Eurostars group and during check in, guests were not given the option of checking in without joining the Eurostars group. I had to request the reception staff to assist me with that.

The location, the bedroom furniture, the mattress, the pillows, the A/C. The room service for the toilet is weak. The cleaners don’t clean the toilet seat and the toilet floor very well.
