Great location. Quiet
-
Very nice property in the middle of everything! We loved the location! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! The room was a little small, as previous guests mentioned, but they were very clean with great bedding.

The staff was amazing! The hotel is in a great location to time square the subway and grand central station. We had the best time seeing all the sights and lights! And thank you to Anthony Kevin and our breakfast girl!! Thanks for the extra croissants and good luck at City College!! All were amazing!!!

Superb location, nice staff, comfortable room.
-
Just a few blocks from Timrs Square but pretty quiet. Nice decor.
-
The Iroquois is in a great location, the street is quiet, but it’s due for a touch up. The front desk is great.

It is a lovely hotel and the room was exceptional and really well appointed. Excellent position and not too noisy. Breakfast was good within reason and the staff worked really hard. Liked the idea of being able to be given mineral water every day. On the down side the breakfast menu was very confusing with the vouchers and what was included and it seemed pointless to have all these extra items at some cost that we could never see anyone ever having. Don't know if the restaurant should be included in this but fear we found it cramped, noisy and way over priced so went elsewhere after one meal.

Good breakfast

You cannot beat the location. I had a few problems, especially the breakfast -- the staff was not attentive; however, I did notify Kelli and she rectified the problem. Although it wasted one hour of my precious time to receive my breakfast, they compensated the problem. Overall, the staff were very nice. We did not find the Lantern's keep until the end of the trip and had a great dinner there. Anthony (the bartendar) was outstanding and entertained my father. Daniel and Farza were also nice at the front desk. Kelli, saved the day, and my stay at the Iroquis was acceptable
