Clean No drinks or snacks in the room.

I stayed on the day nyc closed all the bars and restaurants. Ram Perovic checked me in and was very helpful. My daughter visited me and we ordered take out delivered and they forgot to give us plastic utensils. Hotel staff brought us some. Thank you

Location good and half price pizza at Marta bar great Very small beds and rooms. Rang reception four times about air con before someone came up to fix. Staff could do with smiling more

I loved the history and atmosphere. Rooms were lovely. It just had such a cozy feel to it. The view was terrible and we didn’t even care. Loved it there. The view. The water wasn’t very hot for our evening shower but it was very hot( how I like it) in the morning.

Location. Very clean. Amazing restaurant. Room is small but that's to be expected in NYC.

Price for the location and the timing. It was clear that this was an old hotel that they tried to make boutique but was low quality. My shower did not drain and the walls were marked up. Seemed run down.

This hotel was in a great location. Staff were polite and accommodating, and the in-hotel restaurants were phenomenal! There was a fresh air exchanger in our bathroom that was incredibly noisy and caused so much suction it was hard to open the bathroom door! Apparently, rooms on the 11th floor have this issue.
