Pleasant stay while visiting the city to see a few Broadway productions nearby. For a boutique hotel, it offers its own unique charm with comfortably sized rooms in an excellent location, and at a very affordable cost. That being said, I noticed a few things in my room that seemed worn down. The staff were the highlight of my stay; everyone was extremely professional and helpful.

The Williams Hotel was an excellent hotel! Staff was very helpful and attentive, rooms were spacious and very clean, and having the kitchenette was super helpful! The location was perfect for me! They even had laundry facilities if we would have needed them. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms. Relatively quiet everything considered. Close to subway and some of the main attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cozy lounges. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Had a bottles of wine left in our room for our anniversary from hotel staff. Central to lots of touristy attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for EVERYTHING! Very clean, nice bathroom, cold AC. Other reviews mentioned hot water issues however it was great after a minute of warming up. Price was fair. Only 3-5min from Grnd Cntrl.

Location, location, location. Short walk from Time Square, Starbucks around the corner,Bryant Park two blocks away, walked to and from Central Park.. great location. Staff was great. Cool bar on the first floor, although I didn’t get to partake because I had a child with me. Would definitely stay again.

By far the friendliest staff I have ever seen! The hotel was great and in a convenient location. Walking distance to Grand Central Station as well as Times Square. We received clean towels daily and the bar downstairs was awesome with a great bar tender.

The staff, Kiki in particular, accommodates, service and location are outstandingly positive. I was surprised and delighted to have upgraded accommodations.
