This hotel is in an excellent location. The beds were very comfy! It would have been nice to be near the women’s restroom and showers rather than by the men’s.

Location, professional and friendly staff at checkin and checkout. Absolutely all was A++++

Price, Good AC, access to gym Dirty, toilets clogged for days without getting cleaned, significant water damage everywhere, showers under construction, doors shut loudly waking you up through night, hot in hallways, dirty floors.

For New York the staff was friendly and helpful about storing my luggage until 3pm. Also, it was great being able to work out with excellent sports equipment and pool.

The staff were great. Also a fan of the amenities and the location! Nothing I can think of.

Location Lobby

This hotel was inexpensive (for New York City), and while the bunk bed room and shared bathroom/shower situation was more like camp than a hotel room, I was definitely ok with that for the star level and price. Plus, the Y offers a full-sized gym and pool There were a lot of teenagers without a visible chaperone on our floor, and they were loud starting at about 6 o''clock in the morning. Many of them did not speak English, though, so when we asked them to be quiet, we got blank stares.

Location was great. Price was good. This place is fine if you are on a budget and don't mind sharing a bathroom with a whole floor. This was more of a hostel. Bare bones rooms and shared bathrooms. Stayed here in a pinch but there is nothing luxury about this place. Had a bunk bed and it was not that comfortable. This place is showing its age and can use a renovation.

I booked a room on your app successfully at 14th. When I arrived that hotel, they didn''t allow me to check in, and said that my reservation was made too late. I instantly had a call to your staff but didnt get response from you.

I chose it for location, but never will do it again. You basically get a Bank bed with no toilet/ shower nearby. I was never in my room, but you can't even breathe in this space

Price was right for a busy weekend! Semi-private estrooms were very clean, never had to wait. Room was clean and sufficent for sleeping. Not a fan of the bunk beds, would have preferred a double. Tight quarters.

We were given a cubicle with a bunk bed and shared bathroom, u can imagine how comfortable it would be for a senior citizen Their unwillingness to hear our problems.

They have gym and good location. the room is very small and the employee made a mistake that giving me the wrong room. I didn't argue about it because this is not my persenality but they make mistakes.

Nothing Staff is arogant and secondly room is worst
