How it works
Direct Bill centralizes payment for company hotel stays. Engine extends a line of credit, pays the hotel, and invoices the company in arrears, so travelers never front the room charge. Booking data and company cost fields carry through to the consolidated invoice for reconciliation. Invoice schedules, payment terms, and credit limits come from your agreement.
Who it is for and how to use it
It is for organizations that want centralized hotel payment and fewer reimbursements: employee, crew, contractor, or candidate lodging. Finance and travel admins establish the billing arrangement and define cost fields, travelers book eligible stays through Engine, and the company reviews and pays one consolidated invoice.
