How it works
Open Trips to review active, upcoming, past, or canceled bookings and select a trip for its details and itinerary. Available actions can include managing guest information, dates, extensions, or cancellations. Some requests are handled automatically and others require Member Support. Rental-car changes currently require cancellation and a new booking. Extensions may appear as a separate reservation and itinerary.
Who it is for and how to use it
Trip management is for travelers, bookers, and authorized company users handling Engine reservations after booking. Start from the specific trip and review the options and financial outcome shown before submitting a request. Booking rules differ across hotels, flights, and rental cars. For eligible hotel bookings, FlexPro can add cancellation and modification coverage under its current terms and cutoffs. A modification or refund is never assumed until Engine or the applicable provider confirms it.
