Hotel meeting rooms and ballrooms are listed alongside restaurant private dining rooms, bars, breweries, event venues, and coworking spaces. Search by location and date, evaluate the venue details for your use, and book or request the space. Each venue sets its own pricing, terms, and confirmation process.

It is for business travelers, teams, event organizers, and individuals who need a meeting room or venue without going through a traditional coordinator: work sessions, company meetings, conferences, offsites, weddings, showers, birthdays, and private celebrations. Start with location, date, capacity, layout, and technical needs, then confirm pricing, timing, cancellation, and included services before booking. Venues use Spaces to reach more people planning events. Hotels, restaurants, bars, breweries, event venues, and coworking spaces list through Partner Hub, verify with a business email that matches the venue's website, and build each listing with photos, a description, and capacity details. Engine charges venues a 10% commission per booking.

Is Spaces only for corporate meetings?
No. Spaces also supports social uses such as weddings, showers, birthdays, and private celebrations.
Can restaurants, bars, and other venues list on Engine Spaces?
Yes. Starting October 28, 2026, restaurants, bars, breweries, dedicated event venues, and flex office or coworking spaces in any location can join Partner Hub and list their spaces, alongside hotels. Engine charges venues a 10% commission per booking.
How does a venue list its space?
Create a Partner Hub account, look up the property, and verify with a business email that matches the venue's website domain. If that check does not work, Engine support can help verify the venue. Is every booking confirmed instantly, with catering and AV included?
Not always. Confirmation timing, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other included services vary by venue and must be confirmed.
