How it works
A rooming list connects reserved rooms with the travelers or guests using them. The organizer provides the list to Engine’s Groups team so rooms can be assigned out by the date specified in the contract, and the team helps organizers understand exactly when that date is. Once the list is delivered, rooms are assigned to individual guests, and the Groups team manages templates, imports, hotel delivery, and update cadence for each program.
Who it is for and how to use it
It is for organizers assigning named guests across a contracted block: crews, conferences, sports teams, weddings, offsites. Work with your Groups contact on required guest details, who can make changes, and when the final list is due. If assignments need to change after the cutoff date, or even during the stay, the Groups team handles those modifications too.
