How it works
Start with the destination, stay dates, and number of guests, then use available filters to narrow the results. After selecting a property and room, choose an Engine member as the primary guest and add another guest when needed. Review the pricing summary, property terms, payment details, and any eligible Rewards or Travel Credits before completing the booking.
Who it is for and how to use it
Hotel booking is for people arranging company lodging for themselves or another company traveler. Use the traveler’s correct profile, confirm the room and cancellation terms shown at checkout, and complete the reservation through Engine. The confirmed stay appears in Trips. Self-service bookings can include up to eight rooms; larger or more complex needs route to the Groups team.
