Conference Hotels in Nevada

Engine handles both pieces. For the guest-room block, if you need 9 or more rooms Engine Groups coordinates the booking; 8 or fewer you book yourself on the platform. For the meeting or event space, you can find and request venues across Nevada through Engine Spaces, Engine's meeting and event product that connects you to thousands of options.

You want enough meeting space to hold your group comfortably, plus enough guest rooms for attendees who are staying overnight. ARIA Sky Suites in Las Vegas offers a largest event space of about 52,000 square feet that holds up to 5,100 people and has 440 guest rooms, while Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno runs about 14,000 square feet in its largest space with 1000 rooms. On-site catering, AV capabilities, and breakout rooms vary by property, so confirm those details when you request the space.

If you need 9 or more guest rooms, Engine Groups handles the room-block booking for you. For 8 rooms or fewer, you can search and book directly on Engine yourself. Both options give you access to pre-negotiated rates and consolidated invoicing.

Compare each hotel's largest event space and how many people it holds, the total number of meeting rooms available, and the guest-room count if attendees are staying on-site. For example, the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has a largest space of about 15,000 square feet and 548 rooms, while the Atlantis in Reno offers about 14,000 square feet and 1000 rooms. Also consider travel logistics for your attendees, since the airports and ground transport differ between the two cities.

Engine offers consolidated invoicing, so you get one bill instead of managing individual bookings. You can choose from multiple payment options, and there's no membership fee to use the platform.
