Our check in was so easy, 11/8/24 and our request for exra towels and pillows was already in the room. Our shuttle driver (George)? for the nite was the best we ever had. He was so pleasant and even offered to take us to the gas station to get snacks and beverages if needed. We have been coming here for years for annual trip, and this is the first time that any driver has ever offered to do this. Its the little things that makes it a great experience.

We had a lovely stay at the Lodge at Leelanau Sands Casino. Located up the hill from the casino, the Lodge was perfectly located for all of our adventures from Traverse City to Northport during our 3 day stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well appointed with a mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker. 24 hr coffee/tea station off the lobby was a bonus. We had a second floor room with a balcony that looked east over the bay. It was a small-ish room and the building is older, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
